Refund Policy – Driving Lessons

1. Lesson Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance.

• Lessons cancelled with less than 6 hours notice or no-shows will be charged in full.

• This includes cancellations due to personal reasons, work, or forgetting the booking.

2. Instructor Cancellations

• If the instructor needs to cancel, the lesson will be rescheduled at no extra cost or refunded in full, depending on your preference.

3. Lesson Packages

• Package lessons are non-refundable once started.

• Any unused lessons in a package may be refunded at the discounted package rate, minus any lessons already taken.

• Package discounts are valid only if the full package is completed.

4. Test Bookings / Assessments

• Refunds for test-day lessons or mock tests require 6 hours notice.

• Late cancellations less than 6 hours notice or no-shows are non-refundable.

5. Weather & Road Conditions

• Lessons cancelled due to unsafe weather or road conditions will be rescheduled or refunded.

6. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed approximately within 3–5 working days, It can take approximately 10 days to appear on your statement. If it takes longer please contact your bank for assistance.
